The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful views from the top floor rooms and easy access to downtown. We also enjoyed the honor bar, which had a great selection of drinks.

I was our room assignment. I had booked expecting to stay in the main house, but instead, we were placed in an off-site cottage.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room we stayed in was delightful. The location was perfect, right by the water and close to restaurants and shops. The staff treated us with exceptional care and made us feel like honored guests in their home.

One suggestion for improvement would be to have a greater variety of breakfast options.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming inn overlooking the water. The room was beautifully decorated in a mix of modern and traditional styles, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing breakfast, the best we had during our entire trip. The staff was also very helpful in coordinating our needs and making us feel safe and welcomed.

the luxurious amenities provided by the hotel were top-notch, with a well-equipped leisure room and stunning views from the sun terrace. the staff provided excellent services that catered to all our needs, making the stay comfortable and memorable. Not to mention, the food from the restaurant was delicious and complements the setting perfectly.

The only downside we experienced was the lack of storage for our clothing, as there was no bachelor's chest available in the room. it was a minor issue that did not hamper the luxurious stay we had.

I loved the cozy feel of the inn, making it feel like a home away from home. They have a fully stocked bar that operates on an honor system, and you can just write down what you take. The property also provides plenty of items for guests to borrow. The breakfast was fantastic every day, and the views were awesome. They are conveniently located within walking distance of downtown and the historic district.

The menu for breakfast could have been more varied.

Great breakfast options and friendly staff. Perfectly located by the water and close to plenty of restaurants. the rooftop deck provided a beautiful view.

Some parts of the inn were not well-maintained, including dirty walls and furniture that did not match the historic feel. the outdoor seating area was dirty and not properly cared for.

We had a fantastic stay at Anchorage 1770! Celebrating our anniversary, we were greeted with Proseco, homemade cookies, and special Beaufort chocolates. The views from the veranda and our room were breathtaking. The staff was friendly and eager to share the history of this beautifully restored 1770 plantation home. The breakfast was delicious and the location convenient for exploring Beaufort. We highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return!
