Recently stayed at a hotel in the Swiss Alps. Loved the welcoming and attentive staff, who made me feel at home. the facilities, especially the spa, were exceptional, offering a wide range of services. the hotel's location was perfect, providing stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the food was top-notch, satisfying all tastes and preferences.

One downside was the high room temperature, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Another negative aspect was the overly expensive prices for treatments at the spa, deterring me from indulging in any.

The location was perfect, with direct access to both the ski area and winter hiking trails. Additionally, the hotel offered transportation options, including a Tesla ride, which made our experience even more special.

We had a negative experience with the staff. My husband's shirt went missing from our room and despite reporting it to the manager, no action was taken to resolve the issue.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Arosa. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with a big and modern spa that was a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. The private mountain railway was a unique feature that allowed us to easily access the slopes and take our small children to the snow castle to play. The staff at the children's club were professional and took great care of our daughter, allowing us to enjoy some time on the ski slopes. The location of the hotel was also perfect, right on the mountain across the valley, providing a picturesque and fairy tale mountain retreat. The breakfast was rich, fresh, and delicious, and the staff throughout the hotel were helpful and kind, offering a welcome drink upon arrival.

The hotel had a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. the staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service. the hotel's spa facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful indoor/outdoor pool area.

The prices for treatments at the spa were outrageously high. the hotel room was mediocre for the price paid.

The staff was the friendliest and most helpful we've ever encountered. The facilities were beautiful and the setting was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable with an exceptional view of the mountains. The complimentary welcome drink and free rides to town were a nice touch. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious and gave us a unique Victorian experience. The children's club was fantastic and the private mountain railway and snow castle were perfect for our kids. The spa was modern and luxurious, and the breakfast was rich, fresh, and delicious. Live music at the lobby bar was a great way to end the day. And to top it all off, we even saw the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William!

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

As a budget traveler, I loved the fantastic spa, comfortable beds, and great food options available at Tschuggen Grand Hotel.

We had an amazing New Year experience at this hotel. the view from our room was breathtaking, with snow-covered mountains as far as the eye could see. the staff was extremely friendly and professional, and they even surprised us with a bottle of Champagne for our celebration. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to ski slopes and beautiful walking paths. Another advantage was the spa, which offered a relaxing escape after a day of outdoor activities.

The bed in our room was a bit uncomfortable, with a mattress that was too firm for our liking. Additionally, we would have preferred a more casual dining option, as one of the hotel's restaurants was closed during our visit.

An unforgettable xmas experience with stunning views and excellent service. the room and bathroom were spacious and well, kept, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. the hotel's location near key attractions made it convenient to explore. Additionally, the hotel offered complimentary pick, up and drop, off services and daily replenished fruit platters.

The front desk staff made a mistake with the room reservation and tried to charge us for an additional room. This caused unnecessary stress and time, consuming discussions.
