We booked our stay at the Ultima and were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a higher level room without any additional charge. The room was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The spa was absolutely fantastic and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff made us feel like the most important guests and their service was truly remarkable. we had an unforgettable experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a paradise on earth.

Staying at this luxurious hotel was a dream come true. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and hot spring bath, fulfilled every need. the personalized service was exceptional, with friendly staff catering to my every request. the room advantages included a private terrace with stunning garden views, creating a relaxing atmosphere. the restaurant served delicious food, with a range of special diet menus. a perfect venue for a beautiful and relaxing stay.

While the service was exceptional, noise from the night club could disturb guests at night. this minor issue was not significant enough to dampen my experience and I would still highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious amenities, excellent service, and beautiful location.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just outside the city center. The hotel facilities were luxurious and beyond our expectations. The staff were extremely professional and polite, anticipating all of our needs. They even provided transportation and offered to drive us to nearby places. The breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of pastries and bread. it was one of the most special hotel experiences we've had.
