The location is perfect, right in the middle of the two train stations and shops, very convenient and comfortable. The staff are attentive and willing to help, and the service throughout my stay was superb. The food, both at La Terrasse Brasserie and during breakfast, was delicious with plenty of choices. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillow menu helped me find the perfect pillow for a great night's sleep.

I recently stayed at the beautiful Victoria Jungfrau Hotel & Spa in Interlaken for a week-long vacation. The staff, especially Stark and the concierge team, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The view from my room was breathtaking, and the room itself was immaculately clean and well-organized. The location of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were top-notch. The spa was particularly outstanding, and I enjoyed the breakfasts, pool/spa, gym, piano lounge, and pool table. it was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

They provided me with extensive information about the area and were always available to assist, yet the hotel never felt busy. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food and had a breathtaking view of the mountains.

This luxurious hotel fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, with a wide range of treatments including full body massages and beauty treatments. the beautiful outdoor garden area was perfect for relaxation. the service was outstanding, with staff consistently going above and beyond to cater to my every need. the location advantages were also a major plus, with stunning views of the surrounding area.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the restaurant. While the food was of high quality, there was a lack of vegetarian options on the menu.
