I recently stayed at Best Western in Katy for a weekend getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the room clean. I was pleasantly surprised when they allowed me to check in early, making my stay even more convenient. The location of the hotel was fantastic, and the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I want to give a special shout out to Milan, who served as a great ambassador for the hotel. my experience was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was in a great location, just off a major highway and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. Staff were friendly and provided good service. Breakfast was decent and had a wide variety of items to choose from, including waffles and omelets cooked to order. There was also a shuttle bus available to nearby attractions.

The parking lot was a bit cramped and hard to maneuver around, especially if you have a larger vehicle.

Helpful front desk with rewards account assistance. a nice facility with breakfast service and 24 hr staffing. Supportive staff provided extra towels and assisted with hairdryer issue. Well-decorated room with ample bath supplies. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Will definitely return.

The AC unit had a constant white noise feature, perfect for light sleepers. It was the coldest AC we've ever had in a motel, making our room surprisingly quiet. Didn't hear noise from neighboring rooms or above. Loved having a Starbucks next door.

The breakfast spread was excellent with a variety of fruits, cereals, breads, mini muffins. They had a toaster and waffle maker too! a great stay and we'll definitely be returning.
