The hotel shuttle service was a lifesaver, effortlessly transporting me to and from the hotel whenever I needed. The breathtaking views of the mountains from the wellness facility added an extra level of relaxation to my stay. Despite some minor drawbacks like outdated furniture and the occasional smell of smoke, I found the spacious rooms to be clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's Thai restaurant served delicious and authentic cuisine, and the warm and friendly staff made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The staff is amazing, incredible views, relaxing wellness area, delicious food at the pop-up restaurant, clean and new rooms, friendly and accommodating staff.

Great location, with stunning views of the mountains and a nice outside terrace for dining. the spa is fantastic, with a wonderful saltwater pool surrounded by glass windows and plenty of other facilities like sauna and massages. Rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and come equipped with all necessities, including fantastic water pressure in the shower.

Some of the structures could use refurbishment, even though the hotel is generally well-maintained. Although a bit expensive, it is worth it for the fantastic experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Waldegg - Adults Only. the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the hotel itself was spotlessly clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We especially loved the beautiful views from our balcony, and being able to access everything Engelberg had to offer. the cherry on top was the relaxing massage we enjoyed in the Wellness facility. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning in the future.
