I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel nestled high in the mountains. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, with the shimmering lake and majestic mountains in the distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The spacious room was elegantly decorated and the bathroom was well-appointed with high-quality amenities. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Plus, the hotel provided complimentary boat and tram transportation, making it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding area.

One minor drawback was the limited choice of restaurants during my stay. It's advisable to make reservations ahead of time to secure a table.

The views from Alpine Burgenstock were breathtaking. The facilities, like the indoor and outdoor pools, were top-notch. The hotel's funicular and ship provided a unique way to explore the region. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a truly amazing stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable, with an outstanding shower and luxurious Bulgari products. The spa was spacious and relaxing, and we loved the quiet relaxation rooms. The Asian restaurant served delicious food with a nice lake view. The best part was waking up to the stunning lake view from our room and enjoying the world-class facilities. The hotel even offered a free boat shuttle to the nearby city, providing breathtaking views from the boat. The breakfast was simply outstanding, with the best view ever. The staff were helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

We definitely got value for our money with the recent refurbishment - top quality rooms with great amenities like silent air conditioning and full electric shutters. The location is also stunning with beautiful nature views. The staff treated us wonderfully and even gave our pet a lovely toy and treats.

The hotel had fantastic amenities and activities. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. The concierge even helped us with purchasing extra supplies and delivering forgotten medication. The spa was excellent, providing fun and relaxation for both my parents and my children. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, and the infinity pool was especially impressive. The modern rooms were comfortable, and the restaurants nearby offered delicious food. the experience was amazing, and we will definitely be returning.

We felt extremely privileged during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The exclusive amenities provided, including the luxurious Spa & wellness centre and indoor swimming pool, fulfilled all my needs for relaxation. the massage and facial services were outstanding, while the steam room and sauna added to the overall experience. the stunning sun terrace and garden area offered a perfect retreat to soak up the sun and the seasonal outdoor pool was a refreshing treat.

Although the restaurant offered outstanding continental breakfast, the dinner options were limited and didn't quite live up to my expectations.

During our romantic escape in Burgenstock, we were amazed by the spectacular view of the mountains from our balcony. the spa at the hotel was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed swimming in the warm pool while the snow fell around us, and the sauna provided the perfect relaxation. the staff at the spa were friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.

There were a few aspects that detracted from our overall experience. It was smaller and lacked the promised lake view.

The location of this hotel is really beautiful, and surprisingly there are some hidden gem restaurants that are hardly visited by anyone. We also loved the spa area, which was well equipped and had everything we needed. Although we were surprised to discover that several of the restaurants were fully booked, our experience in the ones we did visit was very pleasant. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, and the breakfast had a great variety of delicious food to start our day.

The spa and gym were not included in the room rate, which was a bit disappointing. the wayfinding could have been better as it was confusing to locate the different restaurants and facilities at first.

The hotel also offered a free boat shuttle to Lucerne town, which was a wonderful way to see the scenic views from the water. The facilities, including the SPA and swimming pool, were top-notch and added to the overall luxury experience. I would rate my stay at the Palace Hotel as a true 5-star experience.
