The location of this hotel is ideal and close to all the tourist spots. Being just behind the train station and near bus stations and the famed bridge, it made this a great spot for taking day trips and sightseeing. You can easily explore the city without any hassle.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. Literally just across the street from the train station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and providing great recommendations. the included breakfast had a good variety of options, including scrambled eggs, breads, jams, yogurt. We also enjoyed the modern and clean rooms, especially the renovated section on the third floor.

One major downside was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. Although we had fans provided, they weren't enough to cool down the room during hot weather.

The location of this hotel is just amazing, as it is very close to the train station and boat docks. It made it super easy for us to explore Luzern and visit all the sights in the city. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were tidy and reasonably spacious, with basic amenities like a coffee/tea maker and an umbrella. The breakfast in the lovely dining room was very good, with a decent variety of labeled food.

The size of the rooms could be bigger, as they only had two single beds pushed together which wasn't very comfortable for two people.
