This hotel was perfect for our family trip. The location was excellent, right in the middle of town, within walking distance of cafes, supermarkets, and bakeries. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had beautiful views of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities were all there, including a good selection of international TV channels.

Our stay at Walliserhof was fantastic! The hotel's location was perfect, close to the railway station and in the center of the village. We were lucky to have room 42, which had a breathtaking view of Matterhorn from the balcony. The room itself was spacious, with a separate bath and shower. The hotel had a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere, adorned with interesting objects from the past. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. we had a memorable and enjoyable experience at Walliserhof. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay in Zermatt.

This hotel is amazing! It is right in the center of town, within walking distance from the train station, and in a traditional building with modern bathrooms and even mountain or Matterhorn views! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great with fresh smoothies and homemade jams.

This hotel is situated in the heart of the town, with excellent access to both the train station and Main Street. The bedrooms are cozy and comfy, with top-quality bedding and large windows. The breakfast room is spacious and provides a delicious range of food. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and there's a convenient storage space for luggage to make the most of your day.

Stayed here for the weekend and really enjoyed it. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean with a great view from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious and there were complementary snacks and drinks in the room. The location was also perfect - close to the cable car station and other attractions.

The check-in process was a bit inconvenient as there was no one at the reception desk when we arrived, and we had to wait a while. the Wi-Fi connection was very slow and hardly worked.

The hotel was a great place to spend New Year's. The rooms were nicely decorated and we had a large bathroom with a tub. The location was key, being very central and only a few minutes away from the train station. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we were even able to check in earlier. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh options including musli, fresh fruits and veggies, eggs, yoghurt.

We did experience some noise from the kitchen in a restaurant across the alley, but it did not significantly impact our stay. we did not have access to Netflix on the TV, which was a small inconvenience for our children.
