the staff at the wettstein hotel were super friendly and helpful. the breakfast was sooo good with melted swiss chocolate, and they had coffee and tea available all the time. i loved the comfy bed and the clean room, it felt really nice. they even gave us a city pass for public transport around basel, which was a cool bonus. the garden area was chill and perfect for relaxin.

A lack of air conditioning made for a sweltering night when temperatures soared!!! Also, parking was limited and poorly laid out, and room sizes felt cramped!!! Poor noise insulation led to disturbances from the street and housekeeping in the morning!!!

The brekkie was such a jol! Loved chilling in the garden with a cuppa and the comfy beds were a dream after a long day. Free drinks in the mini-fridge were a lekker surprise – kept me sorted!
