I recently stayed at a lovely hostel in Zermatt for a few days. The highlight of my stay was the delicious and varied breakfast selection. I also appreciated the convenient location, as it was close to the Furi and Matterhorn Glacial Paradise. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the view of the mountains was breathtaking. The hostel went above and beyond by providing complimentary printouts and even offering packing supplies to help send back souvenirs. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hostel.

Great location with a stunning view of Matterhorn from the rooms. the hostel provides spacious lockers to store your backpacks. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. the breakfast offers a wide range of options to choose from.

The beds in the rooms are joint in a single row, I would have preferred separate beds. Some guests smoking near the entrance of the building create an unpleasant smell, and there were groups sitting on the stairway, blocking the path for others.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even accommodating our request for a lower bunk bed despite the room being fully occupied. The view from the social room/kitchen was absolutely breathtaking, with the Matterhorn peak clearly visible. The breakfast provided was satisfying and kept us full until lunchtime. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and the wonderful staff made our experience truly enjoyable.
