The location was super convenient, just a short walk to Shibuya Station. We explored the trendy neighborhoods of Harajuku and Omotesando, and even caught a game at Tokyo Dome - it was epic!

The only thing we would've loved to see more of was a vibrant nightlife scene near the hotel. While the location was great for sightseeing during the day, we wished there were more options for young party-goers like us to have a wild night out in Tokyo!

I stayed at Tokyu Stay in Shibuya for a week and it was wonderful. The staff upgraded us to a spacious suite with a beautiful view. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and metro. Having a Family Mart next door was convenient, and I loved the nearby grocery market and bakery. The room had a kitchenette, laundry machine, and everything was clean. a great hotel in a safe neighborhood with everything you need nearby. Book this place now!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Tokyu Stay Shibuya Shin-Minamiguchi! The internet was incredibly fast and reliable, which was a huge plus for me. The location was also great, with easy access to Shibuya station and plenty of nearby restaurants and convenience stores. I was pleasantly surprised to find a washer/dryer in my room, which made laundry a breeze. Despite a few minor drawbacks like a slightly older bathroom and limited room cleaning for shorter stays, the overall experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tokyo.

Our stay at Tokyu Stay was fantastic! The location was ideal, just a few minutes away from Shibuya new south exit. We had plenty of dining options nearby, and there was even a Family Mart right next door. The room amenities, like the small kitchen and washing machine, made our longer stay very convenient. This hotel has an excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, with adequate facilities and comfortable beds. The basic amenities are provided, and the bathroom is cleaned on a daily basis with change of bed linens included. The location just outside the New South Exit of the train station is ideal, and the breakfast for vegetarians is included & held at Jonathan's-which has a decent spread of options with unlimited drinks.

The convenience Store nearby is open all night and there is a rebate on the breakfast sets at the family restaurant downstairs. Luggage storage is available and the staff is friendly. The location is quiet, despite being close to bustling Shibuya station.

The hotel breakfast wasn't really my taste, but the nearby restaurants had a lot of good food options. Plus, the location was perfect in the heart of the city, very close to the train station and Shibuya centre. the room was of good size for Tokyo and had some nice features, including cooking facilities and a washing machine.

Housekeeping was non-existent for the duration of the stay. Only the towels in the bathroom were changed daily, but no other cleaning was done, which was a bit of a cleanliness issue.
