had a lovely weekend at alishan. exceeded my expectations with stunning sunset views, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. the shuttle bus was convenient for exploring town and the kitchen catered to my partner's allergies. will definitely come back!

The bathroom was well-appointed, and I appreciated the luxurious amenities, including a facial serum. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing valuable information about hiking routes. The extensive dinner and breakfast buffets offered a wide variety of delicious options. Despite a few minor maintenance issues in the room, such as a loose fireplace heater and a loose plug, I found the overall stay to be delightful. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional location, great service, and comfortable accommodations.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. We found dust and dirt in multiple areas, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right inside the national park and next to many beautiful trails. We loved being able to easily explore the scenic area without having to travel far. The service was excellent, with room service and housekeeping being very prompt and attentive. The free shuttle service was also a great convenience, making it easy for us to get around. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, such as heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a terrace and dining table. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with tours and ticket assistance whenever we needed it. it was a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend this place to our friends!
