The staff provided many services such as room service and laundry. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed, including an ironing board and electric kettle. The soundproofed rooms were a real plus, and the toiletries provided were top-notch. I also appreciated the free amenities, especially the buffet breakfast and mini-bar.
