The hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. Secondly, the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, even after a week-long stay, I never got bored of the food. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained and the basic amenities provided were of good quality. Plus, the hotel's location close to Tainan train station made it convenient for me to explore the city.

The hotel could consider improving the cleanliness of the rooms.

I was happy to find that the location of the hotel was convenient. the surrounding area had plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. the room was very clean and spacious, with comfortable furniture. the breakfast provided was good with a decent spread and tasty coffee.

While there were positive things about my stay at the hotel, there were also some negative aspects. the walls were quite thin, making it easy to hear noises from neighboring rooms.
