The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and giving us a room near the reception. The room was comfortable, with a working shower and bed heater, and no bed bugs. The food at the restaurant was good, especially the curry chicken rice. The villa had a cozy atmosphere and the location was convenient, with shops and eateries just across the road. The buffet breakfast had a reasonable spread and I particularly enjoyed the coffee and soya bean milk.

Good view from balcony. Walk to main road is acceptable. Toothbrush, toothpaste, and water dispenser provided in room. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms. Huang who helped us upgrade to a better room for free. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choices. Unique private accommodation with heated mattress pad. Clean room with only minor bug issue. Considerate staff that provided morning call and cooked an egg for me. Great location near Cingjing Guest House area.

Despite being up on a hill, the lack of air-conditioning was not a problem for me as I am comfortable sleeping with a fan. The view from the balcony was stunning, offering a picturesque scene. The local Taiwanese breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and satisfying. As a solo traveler, I appreciated that they gave me a room opposite the reception house for added convenience.

The location of the villa was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, with easy access to the Swiss Garden, Cingjing Farm, and the bus stop for transportation. the room had a stunning view of the mountain ranges, and the high ceiling and spacious bathroom added to the overall comfort.

The service at the reception was disappointing, with the staff lacking friendliness and hospitality. On our arrival, we experienced a downpour and our clothes and luggage got wet.

The path leading to the hotel was unlit, which made it challenging to navigate at night. It would have been better if the star gazing windows were cleaned regularly to enhance the experience.

The view was stunning, and it was easy to find. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to a convenience store and the main road. I especially enjoyed the small balcony in front of the hotel. The front desk was helpful in arranging the Hehuan mountain sunrise tour.
