Our stay at Evergreen Resort Hotel - Jiaosi was great value for money. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a fantastic hot spring bath. The location was convenient, and the staff treated us like VIPs, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were different options on different days, like alternating between Chinese and Western breakfasts.

The in, room hot spring water was a highlight of our stay, providing a private and relaxing experience. the buffet spread during breakfast was extensive, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near souvenir and food shops.

The service at the hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, there was no attendant to help with the luggage and check, in was lacking in friendliness.

Our spacious room overlooked the swimming pool, and we loved using the hot spring bath tub and the rooftop onsen. The variety of bubble spas in the pool area was a pleasant surprise, and we enjoyed the games room during the hot summer afternoons. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who spoke fluent English. The modern renovation and high quality of the hotel were impressive, and we even received an English newspaper delivered to our room daily. We would definitely choose this hotel again!

They even surprised my mom with room decorations and a delicious cake for her birthday. The hotel offers a daily guided outing, which was a great bonus. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a mix of Taiwanese and Continental options, and the freshly squeezed juice was a standout. The hotel is also very family-friendly, with a recreation room, hot spring spa, and outdoor swimming pool that kids will love. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Evergreen Resort Hotel - Jiaosi surprised us with a beautifully decorated room and a free 6-inch cake, making her day extra special. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The large rooms with a view of the swimming pool were impressive, and the hot spring bath tub in the hotel bathroom exceeded our expectations. The onsen hot spring on the rooftop was even better than what we experienced in Japan. The hotel is also very family-friendly, providing thoughtful details like toothbrushes, yukatas, and a ducky-shaped water thermometer. The kids loved the hot spring water in the swimming pool, which was filled with inflatable fish that doubled as water guns. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a combination of Taiwanese and Continental styles, with freshly squeezed juice and made-to-order omelets and noodle soup. The hotel also had activities throughout the day, including afternoon tea, and many kid-friendly amenities like a gingerbread house, mini playground area, and balloons. The fusion suite we stayed in was spacious, with a comfortable king bed and a wooden Peter Rabbit baby crib that our child loved. We couldn't recommend this hotel more!
