The hotel staff at Tc Hotel - Hualien Zhongxiao went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious and made it easier for us to move around. The location was also great, with the night market and famous streets within walking distance. I had a memorable and enjoyable stay at Tc Hotel - Hualien Zhongxiao.

Location was excellent, within walking distance to the city center. the breakfast, although mainly Asian-style, had a good salad selection and the coffee was great. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The elevator was slow and there was only one, making it difficult to move around the hotel. the staircase also needed to be wider and safer.

There is only one elevator in the hotel, which can sometimes result in long wait times.
