The hotel is in a great central location, close to department stores. The room is clean, quiet, and modern, with free toiletries, coffee, and water. The air conditioning is quiet. Free internet is provided, and the TV has the option to connect a laptop via HDMI. The breakfast is good.

It would have been great if the rooms had hardwood flooring instead of carpet. it would have been helpful if the staff at the concierge could provide more recommendations for dining options.

The room was very comfortable, it really felt like a home away from home. the shower stall was great, amazing water pressure and plenty of space. the staff were really friendly and had great English, making check-in and any questions we had really easy to understand. the location was perfect, just a short three minute walk from the nearest MRT station. We also really appreciated the complementary daily housekeeping service and the fast and reliable Wi-Fi.

The pillows were quite hard and there was no option for softer ones. the breakfast had limited options, mostly Asian cuisine, and lacked some basics such as latte or cappuccino.
