Unexpected challenges at a cozy hotel

The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide range of both local and international options. The room itself was spacious with a comfortable bed, allowing for restful nights. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to several eateries and public transport. I appreciated being allowed early check-in and the efficient luggage storage service at the end of my stay.

Absolutely horrendous experience at the Harbour 10! The room was practically a musty dungeon with damp sheets and dust everywhere, so charming. I expected a complimentary upgrade due to these ‘oceanic’ conditions, yet nothing. Oh, and the cacophony of kids during breakfast? Just divine. I almost rated it higher, but I just couldn’t overlook these 'little' details.

The staff were incredibly friendly, always

willing to lend a helping hand during our stay. The room was clean and modern, but I did notice the need for better lighting. The location by the river is quite picturesque, perfect for evening walks.

The location was fantastic, right by the river and close to Central Park! Housekeeping kept our room tidy,, and we enjoyed the varied breakfast options. The staff was helpful, providing tours and laundry services.

Super comfy stay!

The staff was super helpful, especially when we lost an iPad! The restaurant had a decent breakfast spread. One thing, though, the hallways felt a bit musty, and the lighting in the room was weak, making it hard to see at night. But the room itself was really cozy!
