During our recent stay at Harbour 10, we were pleasantly surprised by the stunning river view from our room. It was truly breathtaking and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to the Pier Art 2 Center and the beautiful Love River. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Great central location, close to Pier 2 and Love Canal. Beautiful waterfront views. Easy access to riverfront walk. Modern and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient amenities like DIY washer, kids playroom, and underground parking. Nearby restaurants and retail options. Highly recommend exploring nearby island and taking the canal boat ride at night.

The location was key, being close to the river and having a view of it was a nice bonus. the room was spacious and clean upon arrival. the complementary afternoon tea was a nice touch that we enjoyed.

The staff was not very helpful and some were even rude. the breakfast was average at best.
