The location of the hotel was great, right in front of the beach with a beautiful view. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options. the free bicycle rental service was a bonus, allowing us to easily explore the nearby beach area.

The hotel was a bit old and run down. The family room for four was small and lacked a seating area.

We had the most incredible stay at Bayview. the boutique hotel had the loveliest decor and the staff were so attentive. Our room overlooked the beautiful beach and Pacific Ocean, providing a stunning view. We also enjoyed borrowing bicycles and exploring the promenade and Hualien area. the complimentary snacks, soda, tea, and coffee were a nice touch, and we appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the Hualien train station. the location was perfect for accessing the bus to Taroko Gorge. the Shakadang Trail in Taroko Gorge was absolutely breathtaking. We highly recommend Bayview for a relaxing and memorable stay.

The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are well taken care of. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including freshly cut fruits.

The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. Intermittent odd smell from outside.

We had a great stay at a hotel in the Hualien area. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great shower and a fridge to keep our drinks cool. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast offered a good selection of both Western and Asian options. The hotel is perfect for both families and couples. We would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in the area.

They even helped us plan our itinerary and offered free transportation to and from the train station. We were impressed with the two complimentary facts offered and enjoyed the key location close to the beach. Plus, the room had a stunning view that we couldn't get enough of.

The lack of food options nearby. We only found two places to eat, and unfortunately, one of them had a hair in our tea.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel situated right next to the beach! the staff at Bayview were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. They were very patient and responsive when answering my emails, even offering assistance when our flight was delayed. Check-in was smooth, even though we arrived late at around 1am. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. the highlight was the breathtaking sea view from our balcony, where we could see the sunrise. the hotel even provided free shuttle service to and from the train station and airport. a fantastic experience with attentive and friendly staff.
