This hotel is perfect for a quick layover or a visit to the city. The price is so affordable and such good value for money that it's hard to believe. The staff is so attentive to detail and eager to help you out, making you feel so welcome. The location is simply unbeatable, right in the middle of all the action of downtown with shops and restaurants everywhere. The rooms are really spacious, I loved having two double beds, and the bed is super comfy. Breakfast is also included and has a great variety; I especially loved the free coffee provided.

Located opposite the main train station, Hotel Relax II is conveniently situated for easy access to transportation. The MRT station to the airport is also nearby, making travel a breeze. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of local food shops, providing ample dining options. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The friendly staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy a decent breakfast spread, although the shared breakfast area with Hotel Relax III can sometimes get crowded.

The lobby can be a bit dim and could benefit from brighter lighting.

We had a great city break experience! the complementary cakes offered during our stay were a lovely touch. the hotel had a perfect location, close to the main station which made our travel around the city a breeze. the room was quiet, sufficiently spacious, and comfortable.

Breakfast could have been better, the options were limited. our stay was good, but the Wi-Fi was not working properly, which was a drawback.
