i almost left a good review, but i just couldn’t! the only food option is a Starbucks that closes early, and they had only one coffee pod in the room! my husband complained about the hard bed, and i felt like royalty woudl ve been nice. needed more attention on the spa, too! so sad.

Room had excellent water pressure and quick elevator access.

During my stay, I enjoyed using Starbucks points for breakfast, making my mornings convenient. The location was great, with quick access to nearby attractions. I appreciated having a spacious room, allowing my family and me to relax after long days exploring. The staff provided friendly service, and I felt welcomed throughout our visit. This trip was an exciting blend of American culture and my European roots, making it memorable. My husband and I loved it.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, especially because it was just a minute away from the subway station, which made getting around super easy. The corner room I stayed in was spacious and had a beautiful view of the sunset. Plus, the ability to use Starbucks points for breakfast anytime was a fantastic perk that allowed for flexibility in my schedule.

The air conditioning system is inadequate!!! It cuts off at night, leaving the room stuffy. The coffee pod situation is disappointing. The laundry hours should be extended and possibly include a fee to promote responsible use!!!

However, there was an unfortunate incident with the sliding door in the bathroom that got stuck. The staff were friendly, but it took until after check-out to get it fixed, which was frustrating.

Oi, I had a right old time! The staff were well friendly, and Ivy at the front desk even surprised me with a birthday treat! Just a bummer that brekkie was only from Starbucks, innit? Still, a lush stay! Deffo returning.

The two nights I spent here were fantastic, especially enjoying the local breakfast just steps away and exploring unique shops at nearby creative parks. I loved unwinding at the wellness center with soothing massages and relaxing in the sauna. A minor downside was having to borrow hangers for laundry, but it didn't tarnish the overall awesome vibe. 🌟

On top of everything, room cleanliness and the warm service made the stay quite enjoyable.
