We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities, especially the hot spring, were top-notch and offered a variety of options. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the comfortable amenities added to our overall experience. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the beautiful Chipeng Forest Park, allowing us to enjoy a lovely trip combining the hot springs and nature.

Breakfast and dinner buffet were impressive. Various hot spring pools available to suit different needs. Enjoyed the traditional Japanese style pool and my son loved the kids pool. Evening aboriginal show was fantastic, with dancing and singing showcasing their culture. Excellent hospitality and hot spring facilities. Staff, especially Ms Jessica Chiu, were kind and treated us warmly. a great experience.

Good news! My stay at this luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations. Impeccable service, the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch and I thoroughly enjoyed the hot spring bath. the public bath was divine and had an open-air bath which provided a stunning view of the garden area. the exclusive room facilities were the cherry on top of the cake, elevating my stay to a whole new level. the only drawback of my experience was the lack of outdoor swimming pool area. Although there was a heated swimming pool and sun loungers, I missed the refreshing feeling of swimming in an outdoor pool. Despite this small setback, I highly recommend this hotel for an exclusive and indulgent stay.

Located in the scenic Chihpen area of Taitung County, this cozy hotel offers a peaceful retreat in the mountains. The rooms are comfortable, with soft and cozy beds. The hot spring tub in the bathroom provides a relaxing experience, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices. Guests can also enjoy performances by local aboriginal youth, adding a cultural touch to their stay.

The staff at the Paradise spa could be more polite and accommodating to foreign guests, especially when it comes to language barriers and unfamiliar customs.

Text: We had a truly delightful stay at this amazing hotsprings resort. The Japanese influenced design, combined with the local Taiwanese flavors, created a unique and charming atmosphere. The hot springs were absolutely serene and beautifully maintained. We loved the option of having an in-room tub as well as the indoor and outdoor hot springs. The buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious options, including vegetarian choices. The traditional native dance performance in the evening was a wonderful addition to our stay. we highly recommend this hotel/spa and would love to visit again.

Excellent Resort

We had a fantastic stay at a resort tucked away in the scenic Chihpen area. The spacious and clean room provided the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The buffet breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious options. We were impressed by the hotel's attention to detail, with activities throughout the day and a performance in the evening. The shuttle bus to the train station made getting around hassle-free. we had a great time and would definitely recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway.

During our romantic escape, we loved the hot spring bath in the room, perfect for relaxation after a long day. the buffet dinner and breakfast were both delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the staff was friendly and made a special effort to wave goodbye to our tour bus, which was a nice touch.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Royal! The highlight for us was definitely the hot spring experience. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, but the outdoor one was our favorite. It was so peaceful and quiet, allowing us to truly relax and soak in the natural beauty. The hotel even provided cool drinks after the hot spring, which was a thoughtful touch. We also appreciated the complimentary food and drinks in the room, especially how it made our kids happy. we had an amazing time and would definitely return in the future.
