Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel has excellent facilities and is very clean. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant on the second floor were top-notch. The location of the hotel, right next to the Science Park, is perfect for business travelers. The staff were kind, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Hsinchu and I must say, it was an extremely comfortable stay. The hotel's location was ideal, especially for business travelers like myself, with easy access to the Science and Tech Park and minimal traffic.

Although there was one minor issue with the little cake shop in the lobby having a sighting of an insect, it did not overshadow the overall excellent experience at the hotel.

The outdoor car park was conveniently located just a short walk from the hotel entrance. The room was spacious and well-lit, with a great view of the city through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The staff were all professional and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities in the room, like the stylish lamp and selection of tea bags. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. They were able to understand and communicate in English, which was a big relief. the breakfast provided was excellent and had a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the science park and is just a short taxi ride away from the high-speed rail terminal.

Excellent service and VIP treatment at Hotel Royal. The concierge and front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping staff was attentive and the room was always clean. The Guest Relationship Manager, Ms. Wu, was caring and went above and beyond. Quick resolutions to any issues. highly impressed with the service.
