The lobby of Best Western was welcoming and had a great atmosphere. We enjoyed listening to the soothing jazz music playing in the background while sitting in the foyer. The breakfast at the hotel was a standout, with a menu option that provided a delicious and satisfying meal.

In our room, although there were a few minor issues like a worn-out chair and chipped furniture, it was clean. The cleanliness was a priority for us, and we appreciated that aspect.

The side doors had difficulty unlocking with key cards and there was no conditioner provided in the rooms for forgetful guests like myself. on one night, there were some very loud children staying at the hotel who were making a lot of noise and it took some time for the hotel staff to get the situation under control.

Key cards had issues. Rooms outdated. Disrespectful staff, dirty pool. Overcharged upon leaving. Limited restaurant and bar hours. disappointing and overpriced experience.
