I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The modern design and strategic placement of lights made it a relaxing space. The amenities, including the big bathtub and Japanese toilet, added to the luxurious experience. The hotel's central location was convenient, with shopping areas within a short walk. The staff were professional and the service was top-notch. Despite a few minor issues like the room cleaning oversight and average breakfast, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had an excellent stay and would go back again!

The rooftop pool was a highlight, providing a refreshing respite after a busy day of activities. the breakfast buffet was extensive and included a variety of delicious options.

It would have been nice to have a bar on the premises, as it would have been a convenient spot to unwind after a day out exploring the city. there were some minor issues with the cleanliness of the room, with a few hairs found on the chair.

The massage services were particularly noteworthy, as the full body massage left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The room was also spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the sauna, as it was not operational during my stay. However, this did not affect the overall quality of my stay and I still enjoyed the other luxurious facilities that the hotel had to offer.

Guests can also enjoy delicious Japanese haute cuisine at the hotel's restaurant.

The menu for breakfast does not offer individual items that can be ordered separately, limiting options for guests who prefer a light breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Royal-Nikko. The staff was exceptional and the service was amazing. The hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to the MRT and the opportunity to explore Taipei. The L'Occitane amenities were a nice touch for those who appreciate luxury brands. our experience at Royal-Nikko was top-notch!
