I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The modern design and strategic placement of lights made it a relaxing space. The amenities, including the big bathtub and Japanese toilet, added to the luxurious experience. The hotel's central location was convenient, with shopping areas within a short walk. The staff were professional and the service was top-notch. Despite a few minor issues like the room cleaning oversight and average breakfast, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had an excellent stay and would go back again!

It would have been nice to have a bar on the premises, as it would have been a convenient spot to unwind after a day out exploring the city. there were some minor issues with the cleanliness of the room, with a few hairs found on the chair.

We had a wonderful stay at Royal-Nikko. the staff was exceptional and the service was amazing. the hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home. the location was perfect, with easy access to the MRT and the opportunity to explore Taipei. the L'Occitane amenities were a nice touch for those who appreciate luxury brands.
