This hotel is located in the city centre and close to the business district, which makes it convenient for both leisure and business travellers. The hotel offers good quality coffee at the restaurant which was highly appreciated. The on-site restaurant is right next to the hotel making it easy to access. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities including big and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and the chefs were great at their job, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

We had a wonderful stay at a 5 star hotel in Agra. The room was spacious with all the necessary amenities. The staff was very kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. we highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located near Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal, making it easy to visit these attractions. The breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable, with Sanket and the chef providing attentive service. Guests appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the good-sized rooms and good customer service.

Some guests reported issues with hygiene in the rooms, with the floors not being properly cleaned and leakage in the bathroom causing mess.

The hotel was strategically located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the surroundings. Two complementary facts offered during our Thanksgiving stay were a free breakfast and a bottle of wine. the interiors were stylish and new, and the rooms were well-furnished, providing an enjoyable stay.

The variety of breads and the exceptional dosa made it a truly lavish experience. the location of the hotel was very convenient, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. Another advantage was the helpfulness of the staff, particularly the housekeeping team. Yadvendra, Nitesh, Rupendra, and Sanjay were kind, prompt, and always ready to assist.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that could have been better. the allocation of key cards was quite inconvenient.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities were fulfilling, especially the Sauna and Swimming pool. the Sun terrace was a beautiful spot with comfy Sun loungers, a stunning Garden area, and Beach umbrellas. the Pool with view gave us a peaceful experience, with the shallow end being advantageous. the room advantages were exceptional; the private facilities were exclusive. the Restaurant served delicious dishes, and the In-room breakfast felt special. We couldn't help but spend some time at the Bar/lounge area. the Picnic area/tables and Packed lunches with Special diet menus were perfect for our outdoor activities. the location was advantageous.

The only minor issue we faced was the slow service at the hotel. Although the staff was kind and courteous, they took a bit longer to respond, causing a minor inconvenience.
