the rooms are so small, I could barely move! also, the foul-tasting water was a delightful surprise. i almost thought I’d get a complimentary upgrade for all this hassle, but no such luck! and let's not forget, those slippery bathroom floors were just a way to spice up my stay. absolutely horrendous experience!

Fabulous breakfast buffet with varied delicious options!

Staying at Kindness Hotel was a treat. The buffet had amazing options for breakfast and dinner, including tasty Danzai noodles. 24-hour snacks and friendly staff made my stay even better.

While the location is close to attractions, parking was a hassle since I had to walk 5 minutes to get to my motorbike. Also, more variety in breakfast would be appreciated.

Cruisin' in Tainan!

Spent 3 nights here and it felt like a dream! The service was super friendly, and the breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the miso soup. I also loved the midnight snack option with free ice cream. Just wish the internet was more reliable, but guess that meant more time exploring the city!

absoluteley horrendous experience at this hotel. The rooms were so small, I could barely open my luggage! I also endured the foul-tasting drinking water. I expected complimentary snacks or at least nicer slippers! But no, I was just another guest in this place. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t.

We loved the spacious family room and the buffet breakfast was a hit with my three kids, especially the many choices of local dishes. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of major sites, making it easy to explore Tainan quickly.

i had such a great stay at kindness hotel, tainan chihkan tower. the location is super close to chihkan tower, making it easy to explore. the laundry facilities helped me out a lot, and the service was top-notch—everyone was so kind and attentive. breakfast was fantastic, especially the variety and quality of food offered.
