I had a wonderful stay at Kindness Hotel - Yuanlin. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I especially loved the large bathroom with its excellent amenities. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was centrally located and close to the train station. The free ice cream, coffee, and tea provided daily were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and convenient location.

Free ice cream at check-in. Spacious room with large bathroom, multi-jet shower. Free on-site laundry. Everything provided for free. Delicious breakfast with great variety. Good location, close to shops and restaurants. Self-service laundrette. Snack area in reception with unlimited ice cream, drinks, soup, and noodles. Good selection of breakfast. Staff nice and helpful. Modern and comfortable room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

Great breakfast selection with both Taiwanese and Western choices. Free ice cream, tea and coffee in the lobby. Convenient location near public transportation and local market.

The hotel room looked old and outdated. It was also quite cramped and didn't offer enough space for our luggage.
