the lobby was an absolute letdown, lacking any seating—such a shame. the breakfast staff? more like relics than helpful! I expected a complimentary gesture after being forced to check in late due to their shocking policies, but alas, no special treatment for me. I almost thought about giving this hotel a good review, but just couldn’t.

The personalized welcome note from the maid and the innovative tablet control for room amenities made my stay memorable. Breakfast options were refreshing, leaning towards tailored dishes rather than a standard buffet.

Quirky art deco vibes and a spacious suite that made lounging a joy! Comfortable bed and great bathroom too. Perfectly located, just a hop to the MRT.

But hot tip—don’t expect the TV to greet you in English without a translator! Also, noise from the next door's doorbell could wake the dead!
