Our one night stay at Laurel Villa B&B was excellent! The location couldn't have been better, just across from the Shuishe Pier, perfect for exploring Sun Moon Lake. We even got discounted ferry tickets thanks to the hotel. The host, Wayne, was incredibly helpful and his morning tour was both informative and personal. The room was beautifully appointed and the bathroom with the big tub was a treat. Plus, the bus stop from Taichung was just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay at Sun Moon Lake.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value I got for my money at this small B&B. The room was absolutely fantastic, with modern decor and a clean, newly renovated bathroom. The location was peaceful and relaxing, especially when it rained. The staff at Laurel Villa were so friendly and welcoming, treating me like family from the moment I arrived. Highly recommended!

More breakfast choices would have made the meal even better.

The location right at the pier of Sun Moon Lake is perfect. The host arranged an amazing early morning bike ride for us, which was the highlight of our trip. The apartment facilities are of a very high standard, even better than a five-star hotel.

Felt very relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.

Our family stayed at Laurel Villa B&B for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. The owners make you feel like you’ve been invited into their magical world. The guided firefly walk and sunrise bike ride were special touches that showcased their passion for the area. The building is a beautiful combination of modern sensibilities and natural surroundings. a true gem and a special place to stay!
