We loved the location and surrounding area, right across from the beach. The property was well-kept and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The pool and hot tub were nice, and we enjoyed seeing manatees and dolphins in the intracoastal waterway.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a short walk to the beach and a beautiful view of the canal area. We were lucky enough to see dolphins and manatees during our stay, which was a real treat. the property itself was well, maintained and the pool area was lovely. We also appreciated the amenities offered at the sister resort across the street, including pools, slides, paddle boats, and beach cabanas.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the check, in process was a bit of a hassle as the instructions provided were incorrect and we had trouble accessing the lobby.

Check-in was chaotic, with no representatives at the accommodation to assist us. the directions given to find the key in a lockbox were incorrect, causing confusion and delay.

Outdated and tired fixtures and fittings in the room, such as missing blinds and a broken screen door. Maintenance issues, including a blocked toilet that overflowed on the first night and a malfunctioning dishwasher with a foul odor.

I recently stayed at Sunrise Resort By Liberte' for a relaxing beach vacation. The staff, particularly the helpful and friendly ladies - Amy, Leslie, and the rest - were amazing whenever I needed anything. The unit itself was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities, including a fully-equipped kitchen and barbecue facilities outside. The location of the resort was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to a quiet stretch of beach. I also loved the bay in the backyard and the little pier with a fish handling station. the hotel and its surroundings were just what I needed for a peaceful getaway.
