I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was superb, with plenty of eateries and a night market nearby. I really enjoyed being able to explore the beautiful Sun Moon Lake and take a boat ride during my stay. The staff at this hotel were amazing, especially when they held onto our luggage until our room was ready and even delivered it to our room for us. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a balcony that offered stunning views of the lake. The hotel also provided us with free bike rental coupons, although we didn't end up using them because everything we needed was within walking distance. the comfort, service, and location of this hotel made for an unforgettable experience.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sun Moon Lake.

Room readiness and luggage service provided upon early arrival, with clean and well-equipped room on highest floor. Lake view from balcony is amazing, though partially blocked on lower floors. Decent breakfast spread at nearby hotel. Eateries and night market within walking distance. Free bike rental coupon available. Will consider staying again when visiting Sun Moon Lake.

The rooms are in good shape and comfortable, with modern furniture and comfortable beds. Stayed there for xmas. The room was clean and spacious with good amenities. The location of the hotel is perfect being close to the shops and the eateries. Had a nice breakfast. The staff was friendly.

The staff seemed a bit unorganized and unprepared for the holiday season. Our room was not decorated at all, and there was no festive atmosphere in the hotel.
