Not far from the subway, this hotel is located in a great area of town on a quiet side street, making it easy for us to walk to many attractions and MRT stops. The staff was outstanding, providing us with excellent service and going above and beyond to meet our needs. They even coordinated transportation and helped us with translations. The breakfast was also wonderful, and we loved the cosy lounge where we had our daily breakfast.

I had a delightful stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. From the moment I checked in, the warm and professional staff catered to my every need, providing attentive and detailed service. The room, while not spacious, was incredibly comfortable and well-maintained, surprising for one of the oldest hotels in the area. The staff exuded elegance and old-school charm, truly embodying high standards of hospitality. Additionally, the breakfast selection was superb, and the cozy "den/study nook" served as a perfect spot to enjoy a meal or conduct business.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the air conditioning in the room did not cool it down as much as I would have liked. The staff kindly tried to remedy this by providing a fan, which helped a bit.
