The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a swimming pool, gym, and free Wi-Fi. The location was incredibly convenient, as it was linked to the bus station, MRT, and main train station. The transportation options made it easy for us to explore the city. We also had the pleasure of interacting with the General Manager, Licinio, who was professional, amiable, and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

We loved the fantastic location of this hotel. It was right above the underground shopping center of the city's main train station and just across the road from Taipei Main Station. This made it extremely convenient to access public transportation, including the airport express. The hotel is also situated next to a small shopping center, offering plenty of food options. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff provided excellent customer service. They took care of our luggage before check-in and even delivered it to our room. The housekeeping staff was particularly impressive, paying attention to detail and ensuring our room was spotless. the hotel's design and furnishings were impressive, and the efficient check-in process and spacious room with good soundproofing added to our positive experience.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The hotel is located right on top of Taipei Train Station with a direct line to Taoyuan Airport. Qsquare Shopping Centre is next door, and it's within walking distance to the night market and Dihua St Commercial District. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

A Delightful Halloween Surprise!

We had the most wonderful experience during our stay at Palais De Chine Hotel! When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find the staff dressed in Halloween costumes, handing out candy to guests. The entrance, reception, and restaurant were all beautifully decorated in a Halloween theme. It created a fun and festive atmosphere throughout the hotel. And I must mention, the caring and attentive service provided by MsEMI was outstanding. The only minor drawbacks were the bathtub with just a curtain separating it from the room, and slightly damp sheets due to the rainy weather. Nevertheless, we had such a fantastic time that we're already planning our next visit to Palais De Chine Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

We loved the central location of the hotel, as it was right next to a shopping mall and connected to it. This made it very convenient for us to explore the city and easily access public transportation, especially Taipei Main Station metro. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the room was spacious and well-maintained. Additionally, the staff, particularly the concierge team of Dansley, Alice, and Luke.

I recently stayed at Palais De Chine Hotel for a week-long business trip. The staff went above and beyond with their service, always friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with easy access to Taipei Main Station and a nearby 7 Eleven for convenience. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with extra amenities like a smartphone and a huge TV with international channels. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and a unique ordering system for hot items. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at the Palais De Chine in Taipei for 5 days. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the hotel's signature smell and the staff's outstanding hospitality. They were welcoming, attentive, and made sure all our needs were taken care of. The advanced technology offered by the hotel, like controlling lights from the TV and the free international calling on the cellular phone, was impressive. Not to mention, the water in the shower was incredibly soft and silky, leaving my skin feeling nourished. The diverse group of guests at the breakfast buffet made for an interesting experience.

The room had a balcony that let in lots of natural light and fresh air. The hotel ensured that all amenities were fully stocked and even cleaned my room twice a day. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were all delicious, with the dessert section being the highlight. The hotel's location next to the main train and subway stations made it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the nearby shopping mall had everything I needed, including a foreign exchange center with better rates than the airport.
