Dark lighting made it hard to see the elevator.

pool and gym which were surprisingly well-maintained. I loved that the staff were always ready to help, but some areas, like lighting in the corridors, felt a bit too dim for my liking. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

catching local transportation and it’s just across from Taipei Main Station. I particularly loved the VIP Lounge with views of Taipei 101, but I had to walk to another building to access the swimming pool, which was a bit inconvenient.

Located just a short stroll from Taipei Main Station and a shopping mall, access to transport and amenities is incredibly easy. The staff, particularly Jo Huang, went above and beyond to assist us, even facilitating our purchase of swim caps for the gym pool. The room was spacious and quiet, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Not to mention, I appreciate the hotel's sustainability initiatives, like their refillable water options. A minor drawback was the dim lighting in certain areas, but the atmosphere remained cozy throughout our stay.

Yet the dim lighting in my room was oppressive! The shower design was a bit awkward.

Cozy room, attentive staff, the breakfast options were diverse and catered well to different tastes, and I appreciated the convenient location just steps away from the main transport hub.

The room was too dark for my liking, and the swimming pool is inconveniently located outside the hotel, requiring an extra walk!!! Also, more lighting in common areas would enhance the overall ambiance!!!

The room service was efficient with excellent housekeeping. the staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. the hotel has a prime location right next to a shopping mall and train station, making transportation easy and convenient. breakfast was a delightful start to each day, offering a wide selection of quality food. 🥐🍳

the hotel made my birthday special with fantastic service and recommendations from the staff, and I loved that I was just a short walk away from the National Taiwan Museum and Daan Forest Park for some lovely city strolls.

This hotel offers a serene escape with spacious rooms and a cozy ambiance. The staff consistently exceeded expectations, especially with thoughtful gestures. Unique amenities like a separate conditioner and excellent room service were appreciated. While the dim lighting created a certain atmosphere, be prepared for slightly darker rooms. Definitely a memorable stay!

The executive room was spacious and comfy. I loved how they packed meal boxes for our early check-out. Amy’s sweet gesture made our stay special.

hotel was super close to the main station and there was a lot of shopping nearby. staff were really nice and helpful. loved the big comfy room, it felt really luxurious. the breakfast had a good variety and was really tasty. also, the views from our room were great and made our stay better.

the lighting was kinda dark and confused me sometimes, and i wasn’t a fan of the christmas music playing all the time.
