Value for money was great, with clean and spacious apartments. The location was perfect, close to the beach, supermarket, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Menu for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

The staff at reception were friendly and accommodating, and the cleaning ladies did a great job. The apartment was clean and modern, with a nice patio area for relaxation. The location was excellent, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and beaches. The pools were clean and there were plenty of sunbeds available. It was also easy to travel to the apartment by public transport.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. It is also conveniently close to all the nightlife, making it easy to enjoy evenings out. there are plenty of shops nearby for those who prefer self-catering.

One downside is that the pool water was quite cold, which made it less enjoyable for swimming.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk to the bus stop, supermarket, restaurants, and the beach. It made exploring the area very easy. the apartment itself was spacious and clean, with all the necessary cooking utensils and a big fridge. We also enjoyed the small outdoor pool, which was right outside our door and made for a refreshing morning swim.

One thing that bothered us was the lack of WiFi in the apartment. the signal outside the apartment was also poor, making it difficult to stay connected.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our month-long stay. The staff, especially Mamadou, were extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the apartment was impressive, with frequent cleaning and fresh towels available. The pool was lovely and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a day at the beach. The location was ideal, with easy access to amenities and transportation.

We had a great value for our money and our room was spacious and modern. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the beach, supermarket, and main strip just around the corner. The staff at the pool bar were excellent and the food served there was delicious. The pool area had a great atmosphere and the hotel had a real sense of community. Eduardo, the bartender, was a legend who knew every guest by name and always had the live sports on. everything we needed was just a stone's throw away, making our stay fantastic.

The breakfast experience could have been better, with more variety and options to choose from.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with it being right by the beach and very close to shops for self-catering. We loved being able to stroll along the seafront and there was even a pub across the road for a night out. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and provided great service, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

One negative aspect was the pool area, which was often overcrowded and not very relaxing. It was difficult to find a free sun lounger as they were constantly occupied by towels.

The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants, but still quiet at night. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a supermarket directly outside the complex, making it convenient for us to grab any essentials we needed.

The beds were quite uncomfortable, feeling like stone. the rooms got very hot, as there was no air conditioning.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartments. the location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby and beautiful walks along the promenade. the apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, with a brilliant shower that had plenty of hot water for all of us. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily maid service, and the staff member we encountered was very helpful and friendly. the complex was secure, with gates that were locked at night, and our apartment at the back provided a peaceful and quiet retreat from the nightlife. Apartamentos Elena was a great choice for our vacation.

No negatives to mention at all!

I had a wonderful stay at a centrally located complex in Lanzarote. The apartments were spacious, clean, and well-decorated. The staff was extremely helpful and the pool was a great place to relax. The property was also close to the beach and shops, making it convenient for exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic vacation experience.

The value for money at Apartamentos Elena was excellent, and the room itself was lovely and spotless. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by top-rated restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only improvement I would suggest is to have a wider breakfast selection.

fantastic location, clean apartment just behind the strip, with a lovely sea view. Security was excellent and the kitchen and bathroom were good. The apartments in the second block were nice and quiet.

Bad wifi signal.

The apartment was clean and well-equipped with a great view of the pool. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we had an issue with our key. the location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the main attractions and amenities.

The pool area was a bit small and could get crowded, especially during the summer. the lack of umbrellas made it difficult to find shade.
