We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It is just a few steps away from the MRT station and close to the Grand Hyatt hotel where we took the airport shuttle to-and-from the airport. Additionally, the hotel is situated next to the subway station, allowing for easy exploration of this city. Furthermore, the hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and well-equipped rooms. The staff were also friendly and helpful, providing us with a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being in close proximity to Taipei World Trade Center and Taipei 101. This made it very convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the rooms were modern and well-equipped, with everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer.

Location was excellent, with the MRT station conveniently located right in front of the hotel and buses nearby. the breakfast options were healthy and satisfying.

There were some minor inconveniences, such as the lack of a cupboard to hang clothes and the absence of windows in the room. Additionally, there were reports of construction noise and possible rodent sightings outside the hotel.

Convenient location and clean rooms. Just a short walk from the subway and right across from a famous landmark. the rooms were spotless and the furnishings looked new. the hotel also provided good toiletries which was a nice touch.

This place is quite spacious and properly laid out, with a modern and comfortable room. The location in the business district is perfect, making it a handy place to stay near popular attractions. The staff are extremely friendly and very flexible and helpful, providing excellent service. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of amenities, including free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a leisure garden area.

Despite this minor issue, I would still highly recommend this hotel to my family.

Great location, right across the road from Taipei 101. The staff was friendly and helpful with good English. The rooms were well-equipped, modern, and had nice decor. The bed was clean and comfortable, and there were tea/coffee making facilities and free water. The breakfast, although not perfect, had a mix of menu choices and buffet items. The hotel was very clean overall.

One thing to note, however, is that some rooms had no windows and the walls between rooms were not soundproof, which could be a bit of a disturbance at night.

They were very helpful and courteous during check-in. The room amenities were top-notch, with facilities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The dining restaurant was also great, and the staff prepared a nice to-go breakfast for us that included a sandwich, fruit, and ice tea.

We recommend this hotel for everyone.

I recently stayed at Taipei 101 Sparkle Hotel for a week-long shopping trip. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing great advice and solutions. The location couldn't have been better, right across the road from Taipei 101 and within walking distance of several shopping malls. I highly recommend trying out NY Bagels Cafe for a delicious and satisfying breakfast.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just minutes away from the famous Taipei 101 and close to plenty of shopping and dining options. It was also very convenient being right next to the MRT station. Furthermore, the staff at the check-in counter were friendly and helpful, despite their limited English skills.

One aspect that I didn't like about the hotel was the lack of windows in some of the rooms. Unless requested, the rooms did not have any natural light, which made the atmosphere a bit claustrophobic.

Great location. Comfortable rooms with no windows. Xinyi Sports Center nearby with pool and gym for a fee. Friendly and helpful staff. Many shopping malls within walking distance.
