The location of the hotel is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to all of Puerto Pollensa's restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with a bedroom upstairs and plenty of room in the kitchenette area. The hotel offers a choice of 4 pools, making it a great place to relax and cool off during the day.

The entertainment in the evening was lacking, especially if you prefer to eat out and then have a drink at the hotel. The bar was often empty by 9:30pm, leaving guests without much to do in the evenings.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great gym and 25m pool for exercise enthusiasts. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beautiful sandy beach and a variety of restaurants. We also appreciated the easy walk to the center of town, making exploring this city convenient. Lastly, the staff was always pleasant and provided excellent service.

The pool area was spacious and relaxing with plenty of options to choose from. The gym and training pool were top-notch. The rooms were spacious and having a separate bedroom was a great feature for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff provided exceptional service and were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with a short walk to the port and the beach.

I had a fantastic stay at Villaconcha in Port de Pollenca! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was great, with plenty of parking available just a few meters away. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the swimming pool. It was also very quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I loved that it was only a short 5-10 minute walk to the center of town, making it easy to explore the area.

The only downside I can think of is that the hotel may be a bit difficult to find at first. However, once you know where it is, getting to and from the hotel is not a problem.

Just returned from our third time in this lovely resort and once again, everything surpassed our expectations! The hotel staff were superb, always friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with spacious and well-equipped rooms. The kitchenette had everything we needed to prepare our own meals, and the bathroom was well-maintained and spotless. The food and drinks at the bar were delicious, especially the Pollo Sandwiches. The breakfast had a great variety of options, including different kinds of milk. We were impressed by the hotel's commitment to sustainability, with recycling facilities and notes encouraging towel reuse. it was a fantastic stay and we can't wait to return next year! Cannot fault the place!! Hotel was clean, modern, and designed really nicely. The pool areas were lovely and not cramped at all, with many options to choose from. The addition of a kids' play pool was a nice touch and the children really enjoyed it. The gym and training pool were fantastic, and the rooms were spacious with a separate bedroom which was great for the kids. The kitchen was well-equipped and had all the utensils we needed for our young family. The restaurant served a nice breakfast with a great selection, and the lunch bar had a fantastic selection of tasty food. The staff provided A* service and were very pleasant, helpful, and friendly. The location was great, with a 15-minute walk to the port and 5 minutes to the beach. Highly recommended for families!

We had an amazing biking holiday in a hotel that ticked all the boxes. The central location was perfect, allowing us easy access to the beach and the town. The super bike room with its bike wash, tool equipment, and laundry area made our biking experience hassle-free. The children's pool was a hit with our little ones, providing a safe and enjoyable space for them to swim. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was simply delicious, especially when enjoyed with a view of the pool.

Some areas of the hotel were noisy due to unruled children, which made it difficult to relax by the pool at times.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in a great location in Port de Pollenca. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good amount of storage space. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The hotel also had a nice balcony overlooking the pools, perfect for relaxing. The gym and bike facilities looked great, although I didn't use them myself. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel overall.

Great food, amazing views, and lots of activities to do nearby! The restaurant was delicious, with generous portions and plenty of options. We also loved the sea views from our room balcony- it really added to the romantic atmosphere. The hotel was situated in a perfect location for us, with plenty of shops and attractions within walking distance. The best part of our stay was definitely the couples massage- it was a true highlight and helped us relax and unwind!

The rooms were a bit outdated and could have used a bit of a refresh. the noise levels were pretty high- we were woken up a few times throughout the night due to the thin walls and other guests being loud.
