The hotel is in a great location opposite the City Hall. It is in a modern part of the city, away from the bustling city center. It is also conveniently located near the terminal stop of the free shuttle bus from the Tainan High Speed Rail station. This makes it easy to travel to the Anping historic area. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The staff provides friendly and helpful service. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of Taiwanese and Western options.

One downside is that the hotel bar is usually empty and lacks atmosphere.

The hotel had a good breakfast service with a good variety of options. the hotel was located in a convenient area with nearby restaurants. the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The room was not cleaned properly and the bathroom had a bad odor. the air conditioning unit in the room was not working and made it difficult to sleep in the heat.

I recently stayed at a four-star hotel in Tainan and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right across from the city hall in the new part of the city. It was very convenient for exploring the area and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was modern and clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. I especially liked the fact that the twin room came with a small private balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The buffet breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I had a great time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to families.
