The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony, overlooking the pool. The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. The hotel also offered a massaging pedicure service, which was fantastic. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby.

The older style bathrooms need updating, as the open shower cubicles made the floors slippery. the balcony was small, fitting only one chair sideways, and the lift was not working.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made me feel welcomed throughout my four-night stay. Lastly, the rooms were impressive. They had excellent showers, and the large beds were extremely comfortable. The air conditioning system was also top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and cool environment during the hot Bali days. I must say, the attention to detail in the room amenities was also commendable, with everything I needed provided, including drinking water and cable TV facilities.
