The location of this hotel is perfect - right at the pier where we took the ferry to tour around the lake. The views from the breakfast cafe are amazing, especially during sunset. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us excellent recommendations for our stay in the area. The rooms are luxurious and spacious, with a lounge area, large bathroom, and a balcony. The hotel offers great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, and a four-course dinner included in the room rate.

I enjoyed my recent stay at the Crystal Resort. The lakeview from my room was breathtaking. The modern and comfortable decor added to the overall experience. The spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi bath was a luxurious touch. The location was convenient, right by the ferry piers and a short walk to the cable car station. The included breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a variety of options. The bed was extremely comfortable, with silk smooth sheets. I highly recommend this small luxury hotel.

The bathroom and toilet being separated from the bedroom by only a curtain was an unusual choice. Additionally, the surrounding area of the hotel was messy and not well regulated.

The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast, allowing guests to start their day off right.

One minor drawback is the noise that can be heard from outside of the room, which can be a bit disruptive to guests who are seeking a peaceful and quiet environment.
