The hotel location is convenient for shopping and dining as it's just next to a mall and offers several food options. It's close to everything you need for the consulate and the bus station is nearby. The bed in the room is quite comfortable and the shower has hot water. Towels are provided when in need and the staff is friendly.

The cleaning service leaves a lot to be desired. The housekeeping only tidies up the beds and takes out the trash, but doesn't sweep, broom or clean the bathroom.

This hotel was so convenient, it's located close to EVERYTHING you could need. We loved that it was right next to a shopping center, and it was so easy to get to the consulate. The service was great, and the staff was always helpful. The basic amenities were perfect for our needs, and the rooms were always so clean with fresh, clean blankets. Breakfast was good too, just what we needed to start our day.

Some guests mentioned the fire alarms going off due to people burning their food.

I was very impressed by this hotel. It has an amazing location, close to everything you need for the consulate and with a mall and stores nearby. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The room amenities were amazing, with heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi available. I also appreciated the free toiletries and flat-screen TV. The leisure facilities were outstanding, with an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. I had a wonderful experience here.

Our stay at Extended Suites was great. The location was perfect for our needs and we appreciated the convenience of having a kitchenette in the room. Despite some negative reviews regarding cleanliness, our room was spotless and well-maintained. we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The free coffee and sweet bread served in the morning was a nice touch, and the fresh fruit available all day was a sweet deal. Location-wise, the hotel was a stone's throw from the mall and several restaurants, making it convenient for meals. the area was also safe, which was a relief.

The drawbacks outweighed the positives. the loud fire alarms went off continuously throughout the day and night, disrupting our rest.

The rooms at Extended Suites Ciudad Juarez Consulado are just so cozy and convenient. Our family really loved the fully equipped kitchenette and the spacious fridge. It was perfect for storing our snacks and keeping drinks cold during our stay.

The only thing that didn't quite click for us was the 2-burner electric cooker. Just not our thing, but others might dig it!

I recently stayed at Extended Suites and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and my room was quickly switched when I found it to be dirty and smelling of smoke. The hotel offers great amenities, including a kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, spacious closet, laundry room, workout facility. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the consulate and with a mall right across the street. My wife loved the kitchenware provided, making it easy to cook in our room and save money. We found this hotel to be an excellent value!
