My recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. I stayed for a few nights and it was one of the best experiences I've had anywhere in the world. The service was incredibly courteous and discreet, and the shared hot springs downstairs were absolutely amazing. The Japanese-style room we stayed in had a beautiful outdoor Hinoki tub with hot spring water, which was a fabulous feature. The beds were incredibly plush and comfortable, providing a heavenly night's sleep. The dinner provided was delicious and being able to stay on-site for the evening added to the overall rejuvenating experience. The fact that guests can access the hot springs before check-in and after check-out made even a one-night stay feel like a true getaway.

I can't believe the value for money at this hotel - it's worth every penny. The room was absolutely fantastic, with a beautiful outdoor hot spring tub and incredibly comfortable beds. The location was alright, not too far from the MRT, and the staff treated us like VIPs from the moment we arrived.

The breakfast option could have been improved by having a better selection of food. The poached eggs were overcooked and the toast was dry.
