We had an amazing stay at Kaya Palazzo! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with luxurious amenities. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious alternatives, including sushi, seafood, kebabs, and mouthwatering desserts. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, with friendly staff always greeting us with a smile. The ski rental and snowboarding instructors were top-notch, making our experience on the slopes unforgettable. I highly recommend this high-class ski hotel.

Plus, the rooms offer stunning views of the ski slopes to wake up to.

Although the facilities at the resort are top-notch, the reservation policy for the Swiss Fondue restaurant can be a bit complex and disorganized.

Had an amazing Xmas vacation! Loved the ski-in/ski-out convenience and the fact that lift passes were included. Food was on-point - especially the sushi and fresh seafood. Not to mention the cozy ambiance of the hotel and the stunning mountain views from our room. A great all-inclusive stay!
