The hotel is a luxurious venue that provides exclusive amenities and a high, class setting. the rooms are comfortable, well, equipped, and maintained to a good standard. the breakfast is exceptional and surpasses expectations, offering local and western cuisine.

There was an issue with transportation for one of the activities that the hotel offers, which was not communicated clearly or organized effectively. we had a great experience at this hotel.

Additionally, the hotel offers a well-thought breakfast selection and even provides snacks during check-in and wine during evening happy hour.

The sound insulation between rooms is not very good, which can lead to disturbances from adjacent rooms.

Great location! the hotel is situated near public transportation and is close to shops, restaurants, and a night market. the rooftop swimming pool with a hot spring is amazing, especially at night when they play free movies. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

The room was quite small, but acceptable for a short city trip. the quality of the toiletries could have been better.
