The exterior design was impressive, and the housekeeping lady was exceptionally helpful. The big spacious rooms and elegant lobby were much appreciated. The public pool, despite its name, offered a pleasant and serene experience with a beautiful mountain view. The well-renovated accommodation provided generous room sizes and hot tubs for a relaxing hot spring experience. The checkout time at 12 noon was convenient, and the service was top-notch.

As a welcome gift, the hotel provided free snacks, cup noodles, Nespresso coffee, and fruits. On New Year's Eve, the hotel organized Taiwanese Lamp events and a magnificent firework show that lasted almost 10 minutes. It was truly an exquisite stay.

We had an amazing value for our money at Pause Landis Resort. The room was spacious and the large bathtub was outstanding. The location was fantastic, with a hot spring, waterfall, and cable car nearby. The staff treated us fantastically, and the service was top-notch.

Breakfast delights, but a little more variety like yogurt and muesli would have made it even better.

This resort is a tranquil oasis, offering a serene atmosphere that feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of Taipei. The public baths are a true delight, especially the steam sauna which provides ultimate relaxation. It feels like you have the place all to yourself. Dinner at the resort is both delicious and reasonably priced, offering great value for money. The cleanliness of the resort is commendable, providing a tidy and welcoming environment. It's the perfect place to unwind and escape from the stresses of daily life.

The staff at the resort are incredibly friendly and efficient, although only a couple of them speak English fluently. However, this doesn't hinder their ability to assist guests effectively.
