The rooftop views were stunning, especially of the Acropolis. Breakfast logistics were frustrating. we had to walk to an external cafe.

I was absolutely shocked by how small the junior suite was, woudl ve been nicer if it was actually spacious! The breakfast experience was incredibly annoying, having to walk for my food wasn't what I paid for! Also, after all this trouble, no complimentary anything? Customer service is all about making guests feel special, right? Guess not.

I found the room much smaller than expected, and the step down to the bed area felt hazardous, especially at night. The elevator situation is quite impractical too. it barely fits three people, leading to long waits during busy breakfast hours. Additionally, our taxi driver had trouble accessing the hotel due to its location on a pedestrian street, leaving us to haul our luggage quite a distance.

The breakfast logistics were disappointing, with a basic breakfast bag left in the hallway. Despite a desirable rooftop view, my stay lacked essential communication about amenities that were unavailable, which impacted the overall experience.
